Independent Incident and/or Accident Reporting

The report will be constructed around photographs of the scene and interviews with those involved or those who witnessed the incident.
The reports can be produced with or without conclusions.
The need for expert witnesses has been reduced
by legislation. It is therefore more essential
than ever to prepare incident reports to a set
criterion so they adequately represent the company
should it be taken to court over an incident.

The service provides telephone contact with a health and safety consultant
and the ability to list Working Safety Management as your source of health and
safety assistance in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Management of Health
and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 which states:

Method Statements

single discipline company and/or for a particular project.
A recent court case decided that a method statement was part of the contractual
documentation. Safetylaw writes a Method Statement to take account of this fact by clearly
defining the resources needed to ensure the Method Statement can be properly followed.

Planning Supervisor
